Industry employers are encouraged to enrol employees under Traineeship training arrangements for the purposes of:
- developing skills in civil construction for those new to the industry
- recognising the existing skills of existing workers
Certificates 1 - 3 cover approx. 12 aspects of work including communication, hand and power tools, traffic control, basic surveying, pipe laying and road construction.

Training Packages (Operational Works) in training, safety and risk assessment, works inspection and project supervision are offered for Local Government employees to gain or update skills and/or have existing skills recognised. Courses may be organised with groups of employees from several LGAs - particularly in rural areas.
Short and long courses plus traineeships available.

Down to Earth Training and Assessing
Our current scope of training is under the BCC03 (Building & Civil Construction) training package & just under the BCC training package alone, we can train & accredit to a national qualification Certificate III in Plant, Road Construction & Maintenance, Piplelaying & Trenchless Technology.
We also conduct the Worksafe accredited "Construction Safety Awareness Course" (blue card), this course can be conducted either at your site or at our well appointed training room.
